Parthalon Flyingsnake DeCoursy Pales at the Thought by Bernie Quigley on 2005-06-18
. . . this is straight ahead archetype illustrating the yin principle without much imagination - woman, evening, waning moon, water in the glass, water in the ocean, water water everywhere. Her body begins to suggest the pear and pear will become moon and wih Apple (Son of Man) Primal Yin and Yang. Perhaps Dali despised this picture. In the waning moon he would have seen Kali, the Death Mother.
