When i look at this piece i see a great monstrosity, smelling and getting intimate with a mans penis. I think the reason he is great at masturbation is because he doesn't have to do any of the "masturbating", his fantasizing fetishism almost consumes him making a reaction quite the contrary of what would be expected. Now, he doesn't play with him self, his fantasy does for him. And you can apply this to bigger things.
